General Info

Tucked along Clark Street, Pho Ever Ramen &bubble Tea House at 724 Clark St, Evanston, IL 60201, United States is the kind of ramen restaurant that quickly becomes a regular lunch stop once you discover it. The place has a trendy, casual feel that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a bowl of ramen without any fuss. From the moment you step inside, the layout feels welcoming, with comfortable seating and a clean space that works well whether you're stopping in for a quick meal or planning to sit and unwind for a while.

One of the first things that stands out is how straightforward and satisfying the menu is. The restaurant focuses on ramen that delivers bold flavor and comforting warmth. On my visit, the Spicy Chicken Ramen immediately caught my attention. The broth has a rich, spicy depth that feels balanced rather than overwhelming. The chicken is tender, and every spoonful brings a warming kick that makes it perfect for lunch on a chilly day in Evanston.

Another favorite among regular diners is the Tonkotsu Ramen. This bowl highlights the classic creamy pork broth that ramen fans love. It’s thick, savory, and packed with umami flavor. The noodles hold the broth beautifully, making every bite satisfying. If you enjoy traditional ramen styles, this dish feels like a must-try when exploring the menu at Pho Ever Ramen &bubble Tea House.

For those who enjoy bold, fermented flavors, the Spicy Kimchi Ramen offers something a little different. The tangy kimchi adds a lively punch to the broth, creating layers of flavor that keep the bowl interesting from start to finish. It’s the type of dish that stands out in many reviews because it combines spice, acidity, and comfort in one bowl.

The experience here isn’t just about the food. The restaurant offers dine-in service, which allows guests to fully enjoy the atmosphere and freshly prepared dishes. It’s a popular lunch spot, especially for students, locals, and anyone exploring the Evanston area. The seating arrangement feels comfortable and practical, making it easy to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. A clean restroom and thoughtful layout also make the visit convenient for anyone planning to stay a bit longer.

Overall, Pho Ever Ramen &bubble Tea House fits perfectly into the Evanston dining scene. The location on Clark Street makes it easy to find, and the trendy yet relaxed vibe encourages repeat visits. Between the flavorful ramen bowls, welcoming dine-in experience, and the variety on the menu, it’s easy to see why this ramen restaurant continues to attract positive reviews from both first-time visitors and returning guests.

What customers say?

“ The food was absolutely incredible! i had tried the fried calamari, crab ragoon, and the seafood pho. The crab ragoon had a nice balance of crab and cream cheese flavoring to it, all incased in a delicately fried wonton. The Fried calamari wasn't too chewy and had a nice seasoning to it and paired will with its included sauce. The pho was super warming and had incredibly fresh ingredients the soup didn't leave me feeling bloated and i left the restaurant incredibly satisfied . Not to mention that the service was incredible our server made sure to check on us and made sure to have us feel comfortable, we didnt feel rushed allowing us to be able to savor our food. Pho everything ramen is the perfect restaurant to stop by if you're looking to escape the cold and enjoy a soothing meal will definitely come again !!! ”

“ I went in with every intention to eat ramen, but changed my mind to try their pork bun vermicelli noodle salad because I was too hot and sweaty to eat soup that day. It was pretty tasty. In addition to the bun vermicelli noodle salad, they also sell ramen, pho, don, fried rice, and Kung Fu Tea from next door. I was too full to try their desserts. Customer service was excellent. I’d go back. *edit* Went back a couple more times and tried their chicken pho and ramen. Chicken pho was average. Ramen was not bad. Chashu was not as tender as I’m used to for ramen. I’d give it 3.9/5. Still a good eats spot, plenty of self-pay parking out front, decent pricing for Evanston, and solid customer service. ”

“ I have had vegan pho from a few places now, and this is absolutely my favorite. Many other restaurants serve something closer to a large vegetable soup, completely losing the essence of pho, but Pho Ever Ramen has made a vegan pho that stays true to the authentic dish. Absolutely delicious and will be going back for more! The tempura veggies appetizer were also amazing! ”

“ Pho was delicious! The veggie fried potstickers were amazing and my server was very kind and helpful. Overall a great experience! ”

“ The food was great and customer service is on top. Waiter was very polite, helpful and positive. Also the restaurant has a good location near university. We ordered Pho and Udon and both of these dishes were very delicious and portions of dishes are huge therefore we were very full. Also the prices are affordable. Will definitely visit again if we will be in Evanston again! ”

“ I almost give it a 1 star. I couldn’t understand what the lady waiter was trying to say. We worked it out anyway. I ordered spring rolls and spicy tonkotsu. The soup SAVED everything. Classic case of “don’t judge the book by its cover”. The broth was so flavorful. I could tell that the chef did put his heart into this. Thank you for making this picky college student happy :) ”

“ A great place to enjoy lots of Asian cuisines! This small restaurant is designed with care to create a cozy, warm atmosphere. There’s a good variety of dishes on the menu, but we tried the pho and really enjoyed it. The broth was soothing, and the bowls were a fairly good portion. If you’re looking for a pho spot in Evanston, give this place visit! ”
